Cascade Reconstruction and Remodel

This is a multi-phased reconstruction of a home in Cascade.

The homeowners chose to do this in two sections.

The first phase was a 2 story 1275 square foot addition with a full basement.

The homeowners moved into the addition, and the original home was torn down and replaced by 825 square feet of bedroom and bathroom space.

The finished house features 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2100 square feet of living space.

Byron Center Garage

This 3 stall garage was built to match the house.

It features 3 stalls, vinyl siding, and storage trusses.

Ada Finished Basement

This finished basement is located in Ada Village.

It is 900 square feet and features:

Currently being used as a toy room

Kitchenette:

The far wall now features a custom built eliptical-shaped pedestal table.

South Haven Kitchen

This kitchen project included creating a new footprint and work flow. 

Cupboards were removed and reconfigured to add a new walk-in pantry. 

A new custom island was designed and constructed by D&J to double as a dining table.

To add to the aesthetics of the space, walls were removed surrounding the basement staircase and a decorative banister was installed.

Walker Out Building

This 44 x 22 outbuilding is used as a four stall garage. 

 It was designed to match the existing home.
Features include a custom epoxy floor, ample lighting, heater and large storage space above the stalls.
